About Deborah

Deborah Beckman was born and raised in New Jersey. She made her first visit to Myrtle Beach in 1995 for a family vacation. Never intending to buy real estate, she left with a contract for the new construction of one of Myrtle Beach’s condo resorts. She returned to Myrtle Beach each year since then and became a repeated buyer and seller of multiple oceanfront condos. As with most transplants, Deborah came to Myrtle Beach for a vacation and moved here permanently in 2014.

Prior to her relocation, Deborah worked for the United States Postal Service, first as an Executive Assistant to the Plant Manager of a large Processing & Distribution Center and then as an Operations Support Specialist. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Postal Employees Credit Union.

Deborah would like to help anyone thinking about buying or selling real estate realize their dreams and answer any of their questions about the condo and housing market. With her experience of owning condotels and their rental history for the last 25 years, she will be happy to share with you her success and confidence in the Myrtle Beach market.

She is licensed in South Carolina as a Member of the National Association of Realtors, Member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, Member of SC Association of Realtors, and Member of Multiple Listing Service.

Deborah was the best from start to finish. During negotiations she got back to us in a timely fashion. Closing went flawlessly, with her help we did it remotely, not one issue. Even now when I text her about other properties or resort issues she’s Johnny on the spot.
