Growing up in construction, I learned the fundamentals of real estate from every angle. I worked on large projects and with some of the biggest developers in the country from the time I was a teenager. I relocated to Panama City Beach in 2001 to expand with the needs of the St. Joe Company and in 2005 I became a State Certified Building Contractor as well as an HVAC Contractor in 1998. And as I got older, I also started investing in real estate myself by buying land to build new homes, rehabbing distressed properties, and buying properties as rentals.

It was after the housing crisis that I began selling real estate full time. I realized that this was the perfect fit for me with my background.
