I am sooooo happy we chose Deborah as our agent! We looked at a LOT of houses in Boise and never did I feel she was getting impatient with and/or was trying to push a house on us. She was always available when we needed advice. And her level of knowledge of the Boise market is incomparable in our opinion. Invaluable actually, especially in the current real estate market.

We worked with Debra when moving from TN; On our visits to town, we were astounded by her knowledge of various areas, what would meet our price point and requirements for a new home, and how to find those things in the areas we desired. We'd be driving down a street, text her where we were, and she'd be able to say "oh about a mile from there, left on this street, there is a neighborhood I think you'll like." Her expertise was so appreciated, and landed us in a home we love in the best neighborhood in Boise (or so WE think!). She knew various experts in the industry that we had to utilize, and I never walked away worried we couldn't figure out what to do. She takes charge in just the right way. She's friendly, warm, kind, and so smart. I can't recommend partnering with Debra enough.

Debra helped us purchase our first home in early 2019. She and her staff did a great job for us the whole way through the process. She is a very responsive and knowledgeable agent. She knows the Treasure Valley very well and after hearing what we were looking for, suggested neighborhoods, developments and home builders for us to explore. Coming from out of town to look for a home, that guidance helped us make the most of the time we had available. After we selected our home, she guided us smoothly through the offer, inspection, and closing processes. Debra also referred us to the mortgage company we decided to use and continue to have a relationship with. One major factor we came to appreciate after the close was Debra's excellent network of flooring, painting and other tradespeople - we had great luck with them as well. We would definitely use Debra again.

There are not enough stars to give Debra! I bought my first home with Debra five years ago as a single young professional. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process but Debra made it easy. From our very first meeting I felt taken care of and I knew why she had come highly recommended to me. Deb will work hard for you, be your advocate, and be there every step of the way even when you decide to go in the crawl space with the inspector. She will make sure you are educated and know all of your options so you can make the best decision for you and your family.

This year when I decided to sell my home so that my fiancé and I could build our dream home there was no question who I would call to help us. Deb's experience and knowledge of the market is an invaluable asset. I can't imagine buying, selling, or building a home without her.

When I bought my house the market was intense. Usually houses were sold within hours of being out in the market, but Debra was somehow able to find me a house seemingly before it went on the market. I’ve been in my house for a little over three years and Debra is still reaching out to make sure that things are good. I’m pretty sure that she is made of organic awesome!

Hands down the best person to work with when buying a home. Super responsive and explained the process clearly to me as a first time buyer. She took the time to learn my situation and bring up houses that fit well with it and then a few outliers as well so I had options. I never felt pressured to make decisions or buy anything less than the perfect house and I've not had a single regret with the house I choose. I've communicated with her multiple times after my initial purchase 4 years ago and she is always just as responsive and happy to help and answer questions. I won't hesitate to use Debra for my next purchase and would recommend her to everyone.

Our close friend referred us to Debra; we liked her from the start. She’s honest, kind, intuitive, a good listener, patient, positive, knowledgeable (i.e. concrete, foundations, building materials, etc. Who’d a thought?!), methodical and helped keep our psyche at peace as we went through the trying steps of buying our new spec home that was still in the process of being built. In turn we listened, asked questions and felt we were in good hands as we were in the process of living and selling our home in another state. We dealt directly with Debra; her response time, despite time difference, via phone, text and/or Email, was excellent. As we got closer to the date of our spec home being completed, she had her very patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy assistant, Jennifer, guide us through other steps and/or responsibilities we the buyers needed to do regarding the builders’ new home inspection meetings, setting up a 3rd party home inspection, set-up utilities, signing escrow, etc. Having their guidance, success was just around the corner in a timely manner. The 4 of us made a great team! We are truly blessed to have them in our lives.

Debra is just a fantastic real estate agent. She knows Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and surrounding areas extremely well. If you are not local, she spends a good amount of time showing you all the areas to make sure you are focusing on a location that works for you and your family. Once you've decided on an area, she does an incredible job negotiating (in our case with various builders) to ensure we were choosing the correct builder and setting our expectations on the entire custom build process. She checked in along the way and constantly ensured we were staying on track. Can't say enough about her. Our builder became a bit of a pain and she was constantly there pushing them along. I will absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone asking if I know a good agent in the Boise area. It is one recommendation my friends always come back thanking me for 😊

I've worked with half a dozen realtors over the past 25 years. None, not one, is as authentic, genuine, knowledgable and kind as Debra. She takes the fear out of the buying or selling experience, and acts as your partner. She put my needs first, and went out of her way to really focus on maximizing my returns, as opposed to hers.

There is no better realtor in the Treasure Valley, imo. Her support didn't end when the transaction cleared. She was there for the post-closing process, helping us get really settled in to our new home and community.
