Born and raised in Southern California, Debra’s ties to the community are deep and numerous. Representing buyers and sellers of high-end, single-family homes and condominiums from West Los Angeles to Manhattan Beach and the San Fernando Valley, her detailed follow-through, individualized customer service, expert negotiating skills and wide professional network have helped her achieve exceptional results for her clients.
Hailing from a family with deep roots in real estate, Debra began her real estate career working for a top residential appraiser in the prestigious, celebrity-studded enclave of Hidden Hills. Realizing that her appraisal expertise would translate effectively to real estate sales, and inspired by the brokerage’s commitment to collaboration and innovation in the industry, she joined The Agency in 2013.
Prior to her career in real estate, Debra worked as a credentialed teacher in public and private schools, teaching grades 4-6. Her strong problem-solving and communication skills, organization, and ability to effectively educate others have translated seamlessly to real estate, strengthening her ability to close complex deals while serving as a valuable resource for buyers navigating L.A.’s public and private school systems.
Currently residing in Brentwood, Debra enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, traveling, reading and hiking the Santa Monica Mountains. She is involved with Guide Dogs of America, Motion Picture and Television Home, American Cancer Society, Special Olympics, and served on the Board of Directors for National Charity League, San Fernando Valley.
