Debra is a consummate pro. We first met when she helped my mother buy a condo for her golden years. I then turned to Debra when it was time to sell my mother's place and I could not be happier that I did. She is so much more than a realtor. She became a friend to my mother, and now I consider her one as well.

She is impeccably organized and on top of every detail. Her communication is unparalled and knowing that I was dealing with my mother's estate during one of my busiest times of the year, she brought a calm and reassuring presence to keep everything on schedule and stress-free. Her recommendations on preparing and staging the property were spot-on and helped us secure a sale quickly.

The home that Debra sold for me closes today, so I can now share the highlights of a great overall experience. 1) Of the agents I interviewed, Debra came across as the one who really cared, made me feel comfortable, and truly had the experience to get the house sold in a buyer's market. 2) She kept me in the loop as we went through every step, including setting the price (she nailed it the first time) then dropping the price (unfortunate, but it was in response to market prices). 3) She paid for marketing and worked the phones both with other Compass agents and then my prospective buyer's agent to minimize the risk of selling my home on spec. 4) She found contractors when I didn't know any, got me great deals on everything needed to get my house ready to sell or meet buyer objections. 5) She was a hard bargainer on my behalf, getting work done cheaper than I could have, and knowing where to make or not make concessions. At the end, my house was contracted in half the average time for my neighborhood (though, at 45 days, it was not a fire sale) and I feel vindicated that, after interviewing multiple agents, I chose the best. I hope you do too.

2024 Home Sale
A year later we worked with Debra to sell our prior home after renting it for a year. Summer 2024 was a challenging market for sellers. Debra was nothing by postive and persistent, and at the end of the day got our house sold ahead of the market. I would recommend working with Debra to anyone!

I am so happy that I decided to use Debra as my realtor to help sell my existing home.I picked here after reviewing several candidates because she stood out as someone who seemed to care about here clients and she had great ideas on how to move forward under these challenging times in real estate that I found myself in the middle of. It didn’t take long before moments of doubt and discouragement set in, all though looking back it really hadn’t been that long at all, but with a couple of after hour late night calls (Don’t tell her I said that) she was able to ease my mind and get me back on track. Besides Debra being awesome I put my complete trust in her and also used all of her long time partners ln her very impressive network to sell my house in what seemed like a seamless 3 weeks, yes that’s right, three weeks under the current conditions. Debra worked magic and I will forever be thankful.
Not to keep running on about Debra but I thought I had other plans on buying a new home but after the experience we had in selling my home I had to get her involved in purchasing my new forever home. There aren't enough stars to express the level of my recommendation for Debra Reinhard. She made what could have been a very stressful situation so smooth and painless with her professionalism, experience, knowledge, and an intuition about what we needed-when we needed it.

She spend a lot of time helping us figure out what we wanted and needed, and then made it very clear that she would help us stay on the path to getting there, no matter how long it took.

She immediately established a great rapport with the seller's agent, making the process of getting a contract done easy. She took care of literally everything and explained and made sure we were informed and we both felt comfortable through every step of the transaction.

All of the information, contracts, and forms were very overwhelming, but I knew that Debra was meticulously watching and making sure EVERYTHING was done exactly right with our best interests in the forefront the entire time. Not one uncrossed "t" got by her!

One thing that was really important to me was communication. Debra was available to us when we needed her, called when she said she would call, never made us feel rushed, and has a calm and supportive demeanor that was perfect for both me and my husband.

The depth of her knowledge throughout the whole process was so impressive. I felt safe and confident that everything was getting done the right way.

Even though our purchase is complete, I still feel like I could call her at any time for anything, and she would be available to me for help or advice or a recommendation. Or maybe just to say hi...I kinda miss her =]

She even made a donation to an amazing charity in our honor after the closing. It was so touching.

Recommending a realtor can be very difficult because of the magnitude of the purchase. But, I would not hesitate to recommend her because I truly believe she is dedicated to providing the best experience and service to every single one of her clients.

I have now worked with Debra through three real estate transactions. Four years ago, she helped me purchase my first home in Aurora, which was EXACTLY the house I was looking for. This year, when I decided to cash in on the value of my improvements to that home, she helped me sell it for top dollar (with a free lease-back so I didn't have to move twice) and showed me how to navigate buying a new home at the same time during what must be the most difficult real estate market in the history of Denver. She does an amazing job making sure you don't waste time looking at houses you won't like. She works behind the scenes with other agents to secure showings, leverage offers, and get you the vital inside information you need to avoid wasting your time and money. Her intelligence and experience will help you put together (or choose) the best possible offer. Finding a house in this market was SO. CRAZY. But Debra was engaged every step of the way, keeping me updated with daily communication and using every trick in the book and probably even inventing some new ones to find me a house. While buyers all over Denver were dropping out of the market, she got me into the home I wanted at a price you wouldn't believe (it appraised for OVER purchase price... unheard of in the current market). "Recommend" is a flimsy word in this context. You NEED Debra for your next home sale or purchase!
