We recommend Debra she is by far the best realtor. She helped us with our new build and closing in less than 30 days. Debra is a great negotiator. She pays attention to details and wording to make sure everything is done correct. I can’t thank Debra enough for her excellent job in helping us with our purchase. We loved working with Debra. We would highly recommend this agent to help navigate this aggressive seller’s market. Debra and her team, which includes her husband, Greg, are all very knowledgeable. My wife and I were extremely frustrated in our search for a new home until we found Debra. Debra's communication skills are excellent. We were able to ask questions by text, email and phone 7 days a week. She worked extremely hard to help us find our home. She was very prompt to respond and kept us updated through the whole process. Debra has many years of experience and knowledge in this Florida market. We have worked with several agents over the years in different markets and Debra by far is our favorite.

We are so thankful that we had Debra on our side when selling our home! She worked HARD for us. From our first meeting when she walked through our house, she saw value in our home. She had already researched comparables and really understood the current market. She made recommendations on things we needed to change before listing and also advised what not to spend money/time on. She understands what buyers are looking for. Through out the process of selling our home she was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. She was always responsive and available when we needed her via calls, texts, or emails. She kept us up to date on what was happening and what to expect. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Debra. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Debra Valdes is a Realtor you should know. She was our greatest asset as we permanently relocated from Illinois to Florida.

We asked a friend for a reference since they bought and sold homes in the area where wanted to live. They strongly recommended Debra, assuring us we would be pleased.

We quickly discovered when working with Debra, we always felt we were her most important client.

She provided us with very helpful suggestions to prepare our Illinois home for sale. Most importantly, she helped us and a friend relocate to two homes in Florida very successfully. We shopped from Illinois for one home and did not make any unnecessary trips. Debra was right on!

Debra really listens to you. She does not waste your time. There is never a feeling of pressure to make a decision.

She looks at the properties as they come available and sends you information on the ones that match your needs. When we had questions, we called/texted and she responded in a very timely manner—and had answers needed at the time!!

She did discourage us a number of times, citing the fact the homes did not meet our stated needs, even when we thought they did. Looking back, Debra was correct on every count.

Debra knew and understood what we needed, probably better than we did. She helped us take the emotion out of the decision to buy. We needed this kind of guidance and expertise in a real estate marked we did not know!

For both home purchases the decisions were based on fact, not emotion or fiction. Debra definitely knows her clients as well as the areas she serves.

I bought my house sight unseen from another state! Let me start by saying that I had Debra on video chat showing me houses. She was my eyes, ears and nose! Not only was she amazing but she was honest about everything. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her opinion on all of the houses she showed me via video calls on the Internet! I did end up finding the perfect place that I needed. She nailed it!! On top of that, I am looking for a second piece of property. her husband kindly met me at the cheapest place on zillow. I had to know why it was so cheap. He humored me and met me anyways! Ok, I have to say, that was not for commission. You are not making anything off that sale but he showed up anyways! I cannot say enough about this rockstar couple real estate duo! I am still looking for my real estate investment property but I am sure to find it with these two helping me. Kindness, knowledge and strength of character are what you will find here with this real estate team.

Debra is great to work with! I really felt like she was in my corner the whole time as a strong advocate. She helped us buy our home 3 years ago and then sell it today. When we purchased our home she had to get tough with the seller/builder and ended up saving us big $$$. When selling, she helped us navigate the whole process and negotiate a good deal. I highly recommend Debra Valdes! From beginning to end Debra was by my side. I deal with anxiety and was nervous about selling my town house and purchasing my bigger dream home at the same time. Debra assured me every step of the way that everything will work out. She was right, she sold my town house with a lease back option so I didn't have to move anywhere else until my new home was complete. Debra went above and beyond my expectations. It's upsetting to see 2 negative reviews because I know that is not Debra's character.

I have known Debra on a personal and professional level for fifteen years. She is 1000% on top of business at all times. When she helped us find our home, she kept us in the loop the whole time, told us what paperwork we needed before we even started looking and did not pressure us at all. She and Greg are HONEST, HARDWORKING people 24/7. I recommend them highly. (The TWO poor reviews are ridiculous. There isn’t a real estate professional in the world who would put the work into a listing and then try to make it NOT sell.)
