Debs was recommended to us by another agent I contacted, and it was the absolute best thing that could have happened for us. As a non-traditional household, we had very different and very specific needs. We were also on a time crunch. Debs listened to us carefully, really absorbed our individual needs, and helped guide us to find the absolutely perfect place.

I wish I could say it all went smoothly, but our perfect house was owned by a corporation that was incredibly difficult to work with. And this is where Debs really went the extra mile for our household. She did everything in her power to get us the best deal with the least trouble. While going through that incredibly stressful process, she would regularly talk each of us away from panic with gentle sympathy and understanding. Once the deal was secured, she connected us with resources to fix up the house to our liking and plan future improvements.

It is obvious from every minute we spent in person, on the phone, or texting with Debs that she doesn’t want to just sell a house. She wants to find a home for the people she works with. We are so thankful we lucked into working with Debs. It was a very supportive experience.
