Deby Emanuel has been a realtor assisting buyers and sellers along the beaches and inland areas of Myrtle Beach since 2016 specializing in Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach, Conway, Aynor, North Myrtle Beach and Loris.

Since receiving her real estate license, she has been working in real estate full-time with EXIT Coastal Real Estate Pros, winning the 2017, 2018 and 2021 top listing agent awards and in 2018 overall top agent award. Being a Realtor enables her to engage her people skills, knowledge of the area and hard work ethic to help clients alleviate some of the hurdles that face most throughout the real estate process. Deby was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and moved in 1989 from Fayetteville, North Carolina after falling in love with Myrtle Beach, which offered the best of all worlds. The breath-taking coastline and wetlands, along with the temperate seasons was everything she was looking for. Whether it is jet skiing after work, walks on the beach, a full spectrum of entertainment, great restaurants, this is a paradise to be enjoyed by all.

She enjoys boating, reading, cooking and gardening in her spare time and lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband, our sixteen-year-old daughter, our lovable dog, crazy cat and a couple fish. I can appreciate the unique needs of your family.
