Dedy Tando

Dedy transitioned into Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and hones his expertise in selling, buying, leasing and managing office, retail, medical, warehouse, land and multifamily. Prior to that, Dedy already had 13 years of Residential Real Estate experience, starting out in the eventful year of 2008. Growing as an individual agent in another brokerage company, Dedy together with Doreen soon founded Austin 101 Realty in 2012 to provide the best service and the most beneficial investment advice for our clients, friends and family.

In 2014, Doreen and Dedy founded Austin 101 Properties to provide the best in class property management service for our investor clients and tenants. In 2022, they launched Howdy Remodeling to complement the property management operations as well as help Buyers, Sellers and Business Owners achieve the greatest value from their real property assets. When not scouring the real estate market for great deals, Dedy loves to swim, bike or run, watch Netflix with family and sing karaoke.
