Jim’s background as an experienced marketing manager, relationship builder, and problem solver, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart for service to the real estate industry. Hi career has been rooted in providing unmatched customer service through marketing and business development, where he focused on understanding clients’ unique needs, budgets, and goals to deliver solutions that enhanced their success.
After a fulfilling corporate career helping others grow their businesses, Jim made the decision to retire from the corporate world and partner with Dee in real estate. Having assisted her for several years, the move to real estate was a natural extension of his desire to help people on a personal level. Jim’s past experience, along with my “do it yourself” mentality from remodeling and maintaining personal homes, has proven to be a tremendous asset for our clients. This hands-on knowledge allows Jim to guide our clients not only in the buying or selling process but also in understanding home maintenance and improvements.
