Not only do I work as a broker representing buyers, sellers and developers. I am also one of the founders of Kentwood City Properties a leading residential brokerage with cutting edge technology. I have extensive knowledge selling all types of
properties: single family homes, town homes, condos, lofts, land and mixed use properties. I sell all over the Denver area and I refer clients to other regions through Kentwood’s relocation network.

Personal facts:
I have lived in Central Denver for over 30 years. I enjoy running with my dogs, seeing great films, soaking up art and music, traveling and of course architecture and real estate! I am involved in many civic ventures: I have served on the Lower
Downtown Design Review Board, I served as a chairperson for the Denver Housing Council Marketing Committee, I currently serve on the Denver Civic Ventures Board and I am a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Lower Downtown
District Inc, the Botanical Gardens, and Museum of Contemporary Art. I am passionate about giving my time and energy back to this great city!!! I have also been nominated for Outstanding Business Woman of the Year by the Denver Business Journal.

I am able to provide full service to all of my clients with the invaluable help of my full time licensed assistant Becky Sable. Becky and I have worked together for over a decade. She is the behind the scenes detail person that enables me to personally work with clients, negotiate transactions and develop relationships and business.
