Our family has used the services of Dee Kraemer for over 10 years. She has successfully rented our family summer house for full summer rentals. Dee's customer service is excellent. When my husband and I were looking for our first home, we were introduced to Dee and immediately wanted her to be our agent. She was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. She answered all our questions and helped make the process easier for us by answering all our questions. She also made sure we got a fair deal. For example, upon final inspection we found our house still had lots of the previous owners' things inside, and Dee right away (we didn't even have to ask) negotiated with the sellers on a solution and had the house cleaned out within hours. I really have no complaints and would recommend Dee to anyone. She's amazing at what she does.

I've known Dee for over 10 years. We met at Wawa, and from there our friendship grew. Not only did she get me my dream house, but she also became an ordained minister so she could officiate my dream wedding in that same dream house! She's not just a realtor, but she has become a very important part of our family. Dee is a go-getter , The lady is one of a kind .A GREAT FRIEND. She has gone above and beyond in her worklife, personal and professional .Here is the kind of person Dee is, my girlfriend Arlene and I were looking for a house Dee helped us find a home. Here is another example ,we decided to get married in six weeks yes six weeks. Dee has known Arlene for about ten years and here is the kicker, Dee became an ordain minister in order to proform the service of our wedding. Yes in six weeks. Like I said above and beyond.

Dee it the most considerate as well as professional realtor you will ever come across. I had a house up for sale for almost 2 years ! Then I put it in Dee‘s hands who sold it in about 6 months. She helped me sell the furniture & get it ready for the new owners. When we found our new home she did everything possible to make settlement go smoothly & even did the legwork for some of the permits I needed to do renovations. She is quite knowledgeable on everything real estate & more. She is simply the best realtor you could ever find. She quickly became my go too also a friend. She loves & rescues animals as well! It was really an amazing experience. Dee took us through every step and helped so much i feel like i hardly did anything. We went through all the paperwork and information so thoroughly together that nothing felt like an issue. I definitely thought the buying process was going to be a lot harder and longer. It was quite the opposite with Dee there to help at every hick-up or question. Very grateful.

Dee was extremely helpful when I needed to sell my house and wasn’t having much luck after listing it with another agent for 6 months. She pointed out a few minor items in my home to fix, listed and advertised my home with all new photos, and I had a buyer within a couple of weeks! Since then I have referred her to friends and she found them an amazing investment property on the island. I highly recommend Dee for both selling and buying homes!
