Dee Nutter

Dee’s pledge to you as her client is to give you her best effort all the time. Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience that can be made much easier when you have a qualified real estate professional guiding you through the process. She prides herself in sitting down with each client and explaining the steps of the buying or selling process. She has found that clients who have this knowledge are far less stressed out. She wants the experience to be enjoyable and exciting for her clients. It really can be. Dee is in continual contact with her clients by phone, text, or email. She believes that communication between her and her client is vital. She takes the task as seriously as if she were buying or selling her own home. She will not be satisfied unless her clients are satisfied. She will do her absolute best to make the transaction as smooth as possible. She will answer all your questions and concerns to the best of her knowledge. If Dee does not have an answer for you, she will get one for you quickly. She will go the extra mile for you. Dee is a skilled communicator and thrive on problem-solving. As the mother of 4 boys, she has a lot of experience in multi-tasking and negotiation.

On a personal note, she has lived in Columbus for most of her life, the last 8 years in the Worthington area. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from The Ohio State University. Dee has been married to Rod for 31 years and they have 4 awesome sons ranging from 22-28 years old. They are enthusiastic sports fans and love OSU football and basketball and Cleveland Cavaliers and Indians.

She enjoys exercising, reading, and baking in her spare time. She absolutely loves what she does and believes you will see that in the work she will do for you, her client. You are very important to her!
