Deidre Hicks

Hi, I’m Deidre Hicks, REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate.

I’m proud to serve buyers, sellers, and investors across Western Washington with a client-first approach, strong market knowledge, and a commitment to making every transaction smooth and successful.

In addition to my work with clients, I’m deeply engaged in real estate leadership and advocacy. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for both Washington REALTORS® and the Western Washington Realtist - National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). I previously served as First Vice President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and on the Board of the Seattle King County REALTORS®. I’m also active on the Washington REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, the Seattle King County REALTORS® Governmental Affairs Committee, and the Black Home Initiative Buyer Outreach Committee.

I specialize in condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and investment properties. Whether I’m helping first-time buyers, marketing unique listings, or guiding investors, I bring strong negotiation skills and creative marketing strategies to every deal.
