I was born and raised on a Colorado ranch, so I grew up working hard and learned at an early age the value of a dollar. I don't settle for mediocrity and give my clients 100% of my abilities. I worked in a high-pressure position as a financial analyst at a Fortune 500 company (HP) before starting my own business in real estate. I am in the top 1% of Boulder County Realtors (#19th top producer out of 2,000 agents) and pride myself on exceeding my client's expectations! I guarantee results to my sellers and am an expert at negotiation. As an added tool, I obtained my appraiser's license (inactive). I am dedicated to learning something new about real estate every day by studying construction, marketing, market statistics, technology, and negotiation techniques.
