Denise Carr

I have been working in the real estate industry for over 24 years. I began my career as a Property Information Specialist at Ticor Title Company, helping Realtors create CMA’s and build their farming/prospect lists. In 2005, I transitioned to an Escrow Officer's Assistant, where I worked one on one with Loan Officers and Lenders to close home loans for purchases and refinances. In 2012, I passed the Washington Bar Association's Limited Practice Officer test and became an Escrow Closer, handling over 80 or more closings per month. After visiting with my husband several times, I fell in love with the town and people of Oxford, MS and, in 2016 we moved our family from the Pacific Northwest to Mississippi.

I have been a Notary Public for over 15 years, and I have been a member of the North Central Mississippi Board of Realtors since 2019. I have always loved working in the real estate industry, I especially enjoy using my experience in escrow to guide home buyers and sellers through the complexities of the home transfer process.
