Her warmth, congeniality and focused expertise assure her clients of her ability to go above and beyond to meet their needs. Whether finding the right listing for her buyers or assisting a seller in marketing their property in the most strategic manner for the current market, her acute attention to detail, and pro-active, client-centered focus make Denise the ideal agent for handling one's most important investment decisions.
Born in New York but raised in Jamaica, Denise returned to the States in the mid-1970s to study Business Administration and Community Development at Rutgers University.
After graduation, she worked for her family's construction firm for several years and in various positions in property management. Denise especially enjoys her career in real estate because it allows her a wealth of opportunities to promote the hometown she loves so passionately. As a Brooklyn resident, she deeply appreciates the beauty, integrity, and architectural detail uniquely inherent in each area of the borough, and she strives to spread her enthusiasm and specialist knowledge to others interested in discovering hidden jewels in Brooklyn’s wonderful residential neighborhoods.
Denise frequently does business in the Manhattan market and has successfully brokered deals for clients in both Brooklyn and Manhattan.
When not hard at work, Denise enjoys traveling and exploring cities of interest and immersing herself in cultural activities. She has a growing number of international clients and especially enjoys helping foreign buyers navigate New York City property market decisions. Feel free to contact "Rocky" any time with your real estate particulars. She will put your interests at the forefront and put in the time to help you realize your real estate goals.
