Denise went above and beyond to help me find the perfect rental for me and my two pets. Coming from out of state, and working a very tight schedule, I was able to make one trip to Richmond to look at potential properties and by the time I had made it home the following day, everything had been rented. Denise took the time to find out what I was truly searching for in my home and helped me make that a reality. She is warm and humble and kind and very knowledgable regarding properties of all types, in all areas around Richmond. She took me on video tours of homes when I wasn't able to make another trip out. She knew which questions I would ask the property manager or owner and made sure those questions were locked down, even if I wasn't there. She is exceptional and made a really stressful move a million times smoother for me. She genuinely cares that you find what you really want and will bend over backwards to ensure you get it. When I buy, she's who I will be calling!!
