Olivia N. I spent several months looking for my new home with Denise in Long Beach. Not only is she clear with instructions (where to meet, where to park), she is personable, always on time, communicative, she is not in the least bit pushy at all, she has a great sense of humour, and was patient in helping me find the right home for me. From beginning to end and throughout the process, she was prompt and helpful in getting answers for me regarding properties I viewed, extremely quick to respond to requests to see properties, she was able to explain the buying process when I finally made it to that point and even after the sale, continued to ensure I had keys and everything in our contract and beyond. This is the first time I have come across a genuinely kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent (and I have used many in other states, for purchases, and none of them come any where near her abilities!). I truly hope I can work with her again.

Susan P. I highly recommend Denise Reesha as a Realtor because she is very helpful and will go the extra mile for you. Denise helped me with making the Condo presentable and helped me with all documentation which can be overwhelming. She sold the Condo quickly and was always available to me every step of the way. I highly recommend her and I am thankful I was referred to her by my neighbor.

Jim and Jayme M. Dear Denise, It is long past time I should have written and expressed my thanks and my appreciation for the hard work you do on our behalf. You have rolled with the boat as we changed our search parameters, first looking for something for one kid and then another, each with their special needs and financial situations. I think I have mentioned to you before that we both have lots of friends and neighbors that sell real estate (doesn't everyone?) but we will continue to choose you, because as I said above you have always been there for us.
