We recently purchased our home after a very long search and I will say we did not have a great experience with the lenders or some of the other sellers we worked with but with Denise as our realtor, she helped me keep my sanity through this whole process. She really goes for what you're feeling and isn't one of those realtors who just wants to shove you into any home. She really tries to figure out what you want and feel the feeling of the home with you. She had a lot of patience and was more than willing to show us homes everywhere from Spring Hill, Tampa, Tarpon springs, Lutz, to Wesley Chapel. We were all over the map trying to figure out an area that worked for us.

Denise was so upbeat and fun to work with through this whole process. She is like your instant best friend. So personable and very warm hearted. It was refreshing to work with someone who was honestly trying to find a home that checked all of our boxes for wants and needs. I can't express enough how comfortable and easy going Denise is. Most realtors seem to have an awkwardness or just plain cheesy sales feel to them but not her.

If you are in the market or going to be in the next few months I recommend giving her a call and a heads up of where you think you want to be and what you are looking for. This market is hot right now and you don't want to miss out on your perfect home!!!

I had the BEST experience using Denise Stines We chose her while finding our first home in Florida. I can’t say how appreciative I am of all the hard work, kindness, patience, and organization skills. I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Denise! From beginning to end, she was there for us every step of the way. She made herself available to assist us with everything we needed, and that was a lot!. We were 1st time home buyers and she made the process an absolute breeze. I think we saw 6 houses before "the one" (i'm sure there's a level of luck there) but Denise got to know us and only presented options she felt were applicable to what we were looking for and she hit the nail on the head! Don't take the risk of working with another realtor...choose Denise....you'll comment later and thank me!
