Denise was a truly excellent agent! I had very specific desires for a house, and Denise did a terrific job of listening and directing me toward great opportunities. She also helped me keep a clear head and make sensible decisions, which is hard to do in this market! She also has great connections with local inspectors, attorneys, and contractors, and was able to give great recommendations. I found the perfect house, at an affordable price, and it would never have been possible without Denise! A+!!!

Denise is a lifesaver. I had the difficult task of selling a condo from out of state on a short timeline during a pandemic. Denise rose to the challenge and helped me navigate each and every step. Denise did all of the legwork, from helping me choose a listing price, obtaining listing photos, and doing showings. We received a few offers within the first week and she helped me evaluate the pros and risks of each. Denise also helped get all the paperwork and inspections done during the closing to ensure the sale went through on the original timeline. Denise is extremely proactive and very responsive. We mostly communicated by email, but I could quickly get ahold of her by phone as well. All documents that needed signatures were done using a secure online platform that was simple to navigate. I highly recommend Denise for a smooth selling experience.
