I am writing this letter at the request of Dennis to relate my personal experience of purchasing a home with his professional assistance. From the initial call I made to Dennis, until our closing date and subsequent follow up communications I have had with him; his professionalism, knowledge and experience have been exemplary and comforting to myself and my family. Dennis established and maintained all lines of communication between sellers, agents, and myself. He established timelines for the process early on and stuck to them, never promising or alluding to some detail and not fulfilling that commitment. As a result I felt supported throughout the transaction and had a great deal of trust in him as an individual. Dennis was also able to provide a wealth of information regarding the intricacies of the mechanical condition of the home and what were the priorities to tackle during the purchase process. He explained those issues thoroughly to us and guided the process of having the sellers address those properly prior to accepting the final offer. Based on the professional and personal relationship I built with Dennis in purchasing my home I have no reservations in recommending his services to others, and I will certainly contact him myself when I am ready for future real estate dealings. My Fiancé and I recently worked with Dennis on the purchase of our first home. As first time home buyers we were very ignorant to the overall process and probably needed more attention than most clients. Dennis proved to be an incredible resource for us throughout the entire process and made as feel very at ease through each step. He made himself available to us 24/7, frequently meeting and/or messaging with us on nights and weekends. He seemed genuinely interested in finding us the best home at the best value. Offering his opinion when appropriate, but still allowing us to make an independent decision. Further, several members of my family have worked with Dennis over the past 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about him. As first time homebuyers, we were very excited and apprehensive about searching for a new home. When we first made the decision to move to the Columbus area from the Akron area, we had no idea where to live or what it would take to buy a home. After speaking with friends who had just bought their first home, we contacted Dennis because they highly recommended him. The decision to utilize Dennis in helping us transition to Columbus was the best decision we could have made. He helped us through the process, oftentimes from a distance. He explained all of the intricacies of buying a home and, at the time, helped us decide that we would be better off searching for a rental home. After numerous visits to the Columbus area to see different condominiums and homes for rent, we found the perfect condominium for us. Dennis helped answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable in the process. It was very stressful trying to find a place to live in the Columbus area while we were living in Akron. However, Dennis took the time to work with us and make us comfortable and very happy with our decision. A year after living in the rented condominium, we were ready to search for our first home. There was never a doubt in our minds that we wanted Dennis to be the one to help us reach this dream. Dennis was very informative and helpful throughout the process. It felt as though Dennis was not just a realtor showing us house after house. Instead, it was as if Dennis was a family member who, with our best interest in mind, helped us look through over fifteen homes until we found our dream home. We knew this process was going to be difficult. As many first time homebuyers, we wanted everything in our first home. Dennis helped us be realistic and sensible. He did not push us to make a decision or ever make us feel as though he didn’t have our best interest in mind. I have heard horror stories from friends and family in regards to buying a home. Our only wish is that they could have been as lucky as us and had Dennis as their realtor. We will forever consider Dennis a friend and he is the only realtor for us.
