Dennis was absolutely wonderful! I was living in another state and couldn’t look around at houses. Dennis was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the market. Every time he scheduled very quickly for me to see a house over zoom. When the right one came along he was right there with me through the whole process. He did any research on things I asked him about and took time to talk with me over the phone. Great communication skills. He gave me some input in how to sell my house as well even though he was not the one selling it. Dennis is very passionate in helping people find their dream home and I highly recommend Dennis to anyone.

My wife, daughter and I met Dennis at an open house back in 2021. From a short interaction, we decided to ask him to be our agent. We could not be happier with his performance throughout.
Whatever he didn’t know, he went and found out in a timely fashion. He was honest about market values, sympathetic about elements we felt were missing from some houses we saw, and friendly from start to finish. The most important part - and I can’t emphasize this enough - is that he was patient with our doubts and hesitations. At no point did we feel pressured into making rash decisions based on fears of letting a sale slip away. We got exactly what we wanted when we needed it, and we will forever be grateful to him for that.
