Deon Shorter

Deon Shorter, Mr. Sunshine, has been serving the greater Pasadena and surrounding areas since 2019. His super power is using questions to connect and understanding what's important to his clients. He is a servant leader that embodies the spirit of "The Go Giver" by Bob Burg and John David Mann. His clients needs truly come first. Deon is a skilled negotiator and Fiduciary that advocates for the best interest of his clients, while ensuring all parties involve feel are getting a win.

When he is not serving his clients, he is wrestling with his kiddos, going on family adventures, and spending quality time with his bride. Deon has a new found love for golf and is still trying to find his game. he is an avid reader and his favorite book to recommend is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coehlo.

Deon is a Pasadena, CA native and loves to spend time mentoring high school students and supporting local business and causes because getting involved is important to him. He is also a Leadership Pasadena Graduate.
