I'm Derek Lin, a dedicated real estate professional with a deep-rooted passion for the Bay Area. Born and raised in San Jose, my knowledge extends beyond local boundaries to encompass the vast and diverse Northern California market.

My analytical prowess in real estate comes naturally, underpinned by a strong technical background. Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley, I seamlessly blend data analysis, optimization, and project management skills to help my clients make informed decisions. Additionally, I continue expanding my knowledge through certifications such as the InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector®.
