Derekica is an extremely responsible person, always willing to ease the tedious process of buying a home.
In our process of buying a house remotely, Derekica was the fundamental piece of confidence in the process. She is always willing to answer every question about the search process, offer, and contracts.
She got a direct negotiation with the seller's representative that made it possible for us to acquire the property. We are eternally grateful for her work and we hope that other people can have the great opportunity to work with her.
