Derrik Davis

Derrik Davis opened The Davis Agency to create a new and exciting full-service real estate concept that services both the Austin and Houston markets. He bought his first home in the historic Heights neighborhood of Houston in 1997 and was enamored with the process. After graduating from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston and working in the food and beverage industry for a few years, he knew he wanted to get into real estate. He obtained his salesperson license in 2006 and worked with several of the top firms before starting The Davis Agency in 2014. He works both Austin and Houston markets, traveling between the two cities frequently. Derrik, his wife, daughter and son live in the Barton Hills neighborhood of Austin, and he enjoys the explosive food scenes that both cities offer.
