Our family has used Plumas Lake Properties for the purchasing of three homes, and the sale of two. Desiree and her team are extremely knowledgeable and organized, always making sure that timelines are adhered to. She is an excellent agent, and stuck with us through a long, frustrating (fault of the other party/agent) escrow in 2019. She really knows the ins and outs of the Yuba County real estate market and I often see her properties sell for $10k or more than those listed by non-local agents. I recommend her to anyone in the area looking for support in real estate. Desiree is the real deal!
