Desiree Owens

Desiree was born and raised in a small Texas town. As a child, she spent most of the day playing outdoors with a surprising number of pets and enjoying nature. That time outside lead her to Texas A&M University where she received a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science. After graduation, she relocated to Austin to enjoy the parks, culinary arts and festivals. She worked as a project manager in the environmental clean-up field until she had children. She began taking real estate courses when her youngest daughter started pre-school and became a REALTOR in 2017. She became a REALTOR because she loves helping people. When she's not working, she's spending time with her husband, two daughters and a surprising number of pets! If they're not at a birthday party or soccer match, they are around the fire pit roasting marshmallows or riding bikes around the neighborhood. They are regulars at Michaels for crafting and Whole Foods for quick dinners. On date nights, they love trying new restaurants and going to the movies. They attend the Austin Food and Wine Festival every year. Every Sunday her husband BBQs and watches football, Nascar and F1. Most recently, they attended the F1 race at the Circuit of the Americas and had front row seats at the Imagine Dragons concert! As a resident of Austin for over 20 years, she would love to show you around the city. She provides a high level of personal service to her clients, which is one of the reasons she's a TOP producing agent. She's helped her clients buy/sell their 1st home, purchase luxury homes, families with children, relocations, and retirees find lake homes.
