By far the best homebuying experience EVER!! This is now my third home that I have purchased, Desti and her team made it this whole process effortless. Not only was she always available to answer questions, she went above and beyond (especially, since I’m not from the area (riverside county)). Desti, Is more than just my agent now, I consider her more like friend. Will continue to refer her to all my friends, family and neighbors. I have never dealt with somebody so kind, honest, giving and available especially in this type of industry (house hunting 4 months Prior to meeting Desti).

D&M are absolutely wonderful team to work with. In 2015 D&M sold our house and then helped us buy our dream home in the neighorhood that we loved. We could not have done it without them with high energy and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the deal done due to multiple offer on this property. This review will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for REMAX team of Desti Centineo and Michele Losey. They assisted me with the purchase of a second home in Oxnard in September 2020.

I was buying the condo during Covid pandemic, and it was critical for me to complete the transaction as soon as possible to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that pandemic may bring.

I also picked them because in addition to the great reputation in the area, they also were listing agents, and I hoped that it would help to facilitate the transaction. And I wasn’t mistaken.

The transaction was initiated by Desti, by then I was mostly working with Michele.

Michelle has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. She has high integrity and is very diligent and forceful, always keeping the client's best interests in mind.

We had some issues from a seller side on performing some repairs that were not detected during inspection as well as with removing lines from the title, and Michele had great follow through. She followed up many times with all parties including seller, loan officer and escrow until the issue was resolved and transaction closed.

Michele was highly Open and engaged through the process, keeping me updated at all times and chasing actions to keep the purchase moving smoothly.

She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the client’s time. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to my late-night emails and text messages. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her.

As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. Transactions can sometimes become very complex, and she was going above and beyond to coordinate everything and have this sale happened. Without her actions and help this transaction may not be possible. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution.

I am so thankful to have Michele and Desti as my agents.
