My motivation to help homeowners comes from witnessing the pain caused by the foreclosure crisis in the 2000s. In the past 20 years I’ve been fortunate to help hundreds… through sound, conservative advice acquired from a uniquely well rounded real estate background. (13 years of mortgage lending and 5 years of work in real estate law, prior to sales).

I am not the top selling agent, don’t have a large team behind me, nor will ever even employ an assistant!

This enables my clients to enjoy more prompt responses, greater availability to talk when they need, and security in having one person responsible to look out for their best interests… along with more money in their pockets and less stress.

My simple philosophy is I’m not number 1, you are! (Wait, that may be copywrited somewhere, scratch that ??)

At home you can find me with my wife and children in Sutton being grateful for our nature surroundings. Feeding wildbirds, gardening, walking in the woods, bonfires, barbecuing, tapping maple trees along with keeping chickens and bees make me happy! As does my Golden Retriever, Simba.
