About Deven

Deven Lee, a South Carolina native, moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Communications. With both parents practicing real estate for over 60 years combined, she acquired a keen interest in the profession naturally.

While her passion for real estate was imminent, upon graduation Deven decided to explore new heights, both literally and figuratively; she became a flight attendant based out of Ronald Reagan National Airport in Arlington, VA. During her time with American Airlines, she obtained real estate licenses in Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland.

As her stint with the airlines came to an end she swiftly transitioned into the family profession; real estate. Deven’s career in real estate began at Sotheby’s International Realty based out of the Georgetown.

The unprecedented events of 2020 brought Deven back to Myrtle Beach, where her parents live and sell real estate. After a few months back home, Deven decided to make the move permanent. She works with Jason Green at Grande Dunes Properties, specializing in the Premier Luxury community of Grande Dunes.

With experience in luxury sales, market knowledge across several states, creative marketing tactics and strong communication skills, Deven sets herself apart while gaining client satisfaction and trust.
