Devin Lucas is a Real Estate Attorney, Broker, and REALTOR® assisting individuals, investors and small businesses in all forms of real estate transactions and discord in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and surrounding Southern California communities. Mr. Lucas has broad experience representing a wide range of clientele from first time buyers and sellers to celebrities, executives and other high-profile figures. Mr. Lucas negotiates complex purchase agreements with out-of-the-box strategies, often utilizing confidentiality provisions, LLC formations, liability protection mechanisms and other forms of strategic planning. In addition, Mr. Lucas has extensive experience representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, homeowners associations, HOA boards, property managers and homeowners alike. Mr. Lucas has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, sales, lease agreements, lawsuits, mediations, and countless court hearings including multiple matters through jury trials and appeals.
Mr. Lucas was named the “2014 REALTOR® of the Year” by the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS®, is a past Director of the California Association of REALTORS®, a current Director of the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS®, an active member of multiple local and statewide REALTOR® committees, the 2017 Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Section, an active member of the Orange County Bar Association’s Real Estate Section and on the panel of mediators available via the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Real Estate Mediation Center for Consumers.
