As a luxury, boutique agency Living New York has sold over $1B worth of real estate, representing buyers, sellers, developers, investor groups, & bulk sale transactions. Through Devin’s tactical efforts Living New York has become one of the industry’s leaders in exclusive landlord representation. To date, they represent over 500 buildings, 20,000+ units, and new development projects for some of the city’s most reputable landlords. Devin is frequently featured on podcasts, speaking engagements and in publications such as The Real Deal, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and was ranked as the #1 agent on StreetEasy Experts based on total sales volume in NYC.
