Devon Palmer

Devon graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Kinesiology and a Minor in Coaching then stayed on for a Masters of Education in Sport and Exercise Science. This line of study led to a stint as a professional Ironman athlete and triathlon coach. While this chapter was not lucrative it helped Devon learn creative marketing to bring value to sponsors and the critical importance of listening to clients to help them achieve the best outcome.

Retirement from racing led to a Sales Manager position in the bike industry but in 2017 Devon had the opportunity to bring his creative marketing methods to a new role as Marketing Manager for the top local homebuilder. Being in the office for such a strong builder was an incredible education in the homebuilding process that also fueled an interest in real estate.

By 2019 Devon was a full time professional Realtor and he has not looked back. He has loved serving fellow cyclists, runners, triathletes and swimmers and brings a special perspective for his endurance athlete clients. Not every agent knows the prime running and riding routes or can properly analyze if a basement is easily accessible while carrying a bike.

Serving clients is a culmination of Devon’s prior pursuits and puts all his skills as a coach, marketer and sales professional to work.
