11/20/2012 - WaHusky Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $950K in Southwest, Reno, NV.  Diana is a delight to work with and she is an expert in her field. In summary, since 2007 we have purchased 2 homes with her as our agent, are involved in a sale with her at this time as well. We purchased another home outside of the Reno area and we consulted her on the deal when our other agent was less than fully knowledgeable. She is available, very hands on, oversees all aspects of the purchase process (very evident with all of the inspections she efficiently arranged for our most recent purchase, including separate contractors for general home inspection, HVAC, roof, chimney, pool, pest). She got the home plans printed and on disc from the county. She is as adept at anticipating needs as she is at delivering on them. Her knowledge of the market and the inventory is excellent. Our most recent purchase was made known to us several weeks before it came onto the market. It was a foreclosure and this advance notice enabled us to adequately research the property before it came to market. There were 4 offers on the house in the first week, and with her knowledge we were able to successfully secure the home. Finally, in my experience some agents are quite questionable in their morality/business practices. I have no such concerns re: Diana's approach. Very highly recommended.

Recently I became the proud owner of a wonderful home and I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Diana Renfroe. I’m writing in regards to the kindness and professionalism she showed during my search for the perfect house. I have known Diana for some time now and she has always been a pleasant person, however it was only until I asked her to be my realtor did I fully understand who she is as a person. We toured many homes, of which several I contemplated settling with but Diana took the time to get to know my son and me, and wasn’t afraid to tell me which houses just weren’t right for us. At times I questioned if she knew what she was doing but I trusted her so I persevered. Ultimately she found a house that I knew was the one the second I walked in the door. This is the house that I now call home and I couldn't be happier. Several years ago I was in the market for a house and I used a realtor that the mortgage company suggested. He was nice but came off like a car salesman; consistently late to appointments, always in a rush and over eager to make the sale. Diana on the other hand was always professional, early and at no point did I feel pressured. When I again get into the buying/selling market there is no question about who I will turn to.

When I decided to buy a rental property about 5 years ago of course I used her. She goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. She even took the time and went to my title signing to make sure it went smoothly. She keeps in touch with her clients (you) for years after she helps with your house buying or selling needs. Recently I upgraded my appliances in my home and she found me the best handyman (Brad). :)
