Diana van der Meer is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional based in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah. Diana’s extensive background in business gives her an edge in property analysis, contract execution, and real estate negotiations. She attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a degree in finance with a certificate in international business. From 2007 to 2012 Diana operated as the on-site broker at Park City’s Canyon Creek development—home to 312 whole-ownership condominiums. Diana then joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in 2012, seeking a professional brokerage with the reputation, global network and creative resources to expand her business into the broader market.
Knowing that owning residential real estate is a major investment, Diana uses her education in finance and negotiations to maximize her clients’ return on their investment.
