Diandre was recommended by a friend from work. He was on time, professional and well prepared with comps, pricing & an amazing photographer. He was interested why I was selling and what new property would make me feel at home.

We walked in the yard discussing my home, why I wanted to sell and what was I looking to buy. As a widow, I simply couldn't continue to maintain the house and yard as it should be. Diandre was sincerely interested in what I was leaving behind (home/memories, neighbors/friends & community) and wanted the same in the new place.

He was always encouraging never let me become discouraged. I believe he knew he found my new home when he saw me park my car in front of what is now my new home. Diandre checked a few weeks after the move and followed up with me a few months later. We still keep in touch whenever changes are considered or after.

I can't give high enough praise for his professionalism and true concern for this life changing event.

Diandre is one of the most caring realtors I have ever known. He gets to know his clients, know their needs and wants. He worked with me to make sure I was getting everything I wanted in a home. There are many realtors who will help you buy a house, but Diandre worked with me to get my home, it is just not a house it is my home. He took the time to show us many different houses and areas. He was also able to suggest an area that we hadn't considered living in, but ended up loving.
