Diane is amazing. We've used her twice to buy and once to sell. She is extremely diligent and will keep you on track/schedule. She explains all the steps that will happen and communicates efficiently. There are times where I would see a house pop up and by that same afternoon, Diane would have us in the house looking... many times before any other potential buyers.
