It was quite an experience working with Diane. She was recommended by my realtor in Maryland. When we started, looking for my dream home here in Florida, it was in between a seller and buyer's market. Thus, the search for the home that met my requirements were a tad difficult and frustrating. But, in the end, we found it and in a community that I have always wanted to live and at a great price. Thanks Diane. You are a great trouper.

Diane sold my house after just 1 showing for 20k over list. Diane consulted with me for months prior to the sale, even when our contract was not fully executed. She hired the best photographer to showcase the house. She was always available and responsive to every question. I wouldn’t hire any other agent.

Wow. What a great realtor. We handed her a difficult sale and she worked so hard. Open houses, follow up phone calls, help with negotiations, upbeat attitude, extensive knowledge of the market - to name a few. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Best realtor we've ever encountered.

Diane was a terrific agent - she understood the market, she knew our neighborhood better than anyone else because she lives there, and she went above & beyond to my only sell our home but to meet inspectors, buyers’ agents and others to ensure our house sold.
Diane talked me into proving our house where we did when we listed it, and then she got us 10% ABOVE our asking price. She may not be able to achieve that for everyone, but she did for us - and we are over the moon with her results and her do-whatever-it-takes attitude of service.

Diane was simply amazing! We had the challenge of buying our Florida home while living 5 states away...in a seller's market...utilizing a VA loan...from a "for sale by owner" listing. We met Diane when she was introduced and recommended by a friend. We first met when we still lived in Maryland and were beginning the journey to buy our dream home in Florida. We were immediately impressed by her extensive knowledge of the industry and how she guided us through this process with genuine care and attention. She was so attentive to all our concerns and insecurities about our venture. She guided our experience and eased our minds and often times anticipated what was needed before we even asked. Our experience was especially stressful at times and Diane handled roadblocks and challenges and ultimately was the reason for the ultimate success and closing of our dream home. She was our advocate and voice of reason while always protecting our best interests. Our family members will also be moving to Florida in the future and I wouldn't even consider entrusting their dream to anyone but Diane. Not sure what we would have done without Diane. Having Diane as a coach/guide was huge as first time home buyers. Diane is a wonderful person and great agent to have on your side. She helped us buy our new house and sell our existing home. She was always there ready to answer questions, built an amazing online profile and pictures of our home, expertly ran several open houses for us, helped us through the negotiation process with good advise, and sold our house quickly even at the height of the pandemic. She unexpectedly even brought us some dinner while we were moving out after the closing. I can't say enough and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. If I ever need real estate help again, I will turn to Diane!

Diane was best Realtor we have ever worked with. We moved from Ohio to Florida and had multiple areas we were interested in and initially were not sure if we wanted to build or buy. Diane worked within our schedule to help us narrow down the perfect location and home for us taking us to new developments as well as established neighborhoods. Diane also educated us on the differences between Ohio and Florida costs surrounding the home purchases process so we could plan for that. I found Diane Huson by accident. I called the Caldwell Banker Residential office and they put me in contact with Diane. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! I told her what type of home I was looking for and when I wanted to move in. Within a few hours she sent me a list of existing homes to look at, as well as new homes that were coming on the market. We met the following Saturday and within hours I had found my new home!! This was and is the best experience I have had in shopping for a home, and I attribute that to the thought and preparation Diane had done prior to ever having met me in person. Diane made sure that I got the best interest rate available, that I paid no closing costs, and that all of my questions and concerns were answered. The realtor/client relationship did not end after closing! Diane made sure that I had all of the information necessary to make my move as simple as possible by providing me with information on water, electricity, rubbage collection. She provided me with directions to work, since I'm not familar with the area. I've already recommended Diane to friends and co-workers.
