I am primarily a Buyers Agent.

I hail from Chicago (and utilize Fed Ex’s services to satisfy my occasional craving for Portillo’s Italian Beef sandwiches) but have settled comfortably in the South by way of Atlanta (1988) and Clayton (1996).

In 1997, I began assisting on-site Realtors and 13, local custom builders in my beautiful community, Glen Laurel. By 2003, I became a licensed, on-site sellers’ agent and went on to also list new construction, custom-built homes in Glen Laurel, Flowers Plantation, Banks Pointe, The Orchard Villas, and Portofino.

Venturing into general brokerage with HomeTowne Realty in 2008, I joined Team Judy K and decided to concentrate this stage of my career on representing buyers with the purchase of their dream home. My administrative background and knowledge in sales and real estate create a seamless experience for my clients. Guidance is provided throughout the building, buying, inspections, lending, and closing processes. I've been referred to as a “dog with a bone” in every aspect of representing my clients, which is quite a compliment!

Nowadays, I continue to mainly represent buyers in Johnston, Wake and Harnett Counties as well as list the homes of my former clients who are now selling! My preference is to work by referral in addition to making new friends/clients at open houses. From first-time home buyers to seasoned movers, all are welcome.
