Words cannot express how happy I am that I chose Dianne Kangrga to sell my house! Her diligence was instrumental to both the smooth sale process and maximum sales price for my home. When small bureaucratic hiccups arose, as is always the case in real estate, she was resourceful in resolving them quickly and completely eliminating my own stress. Every aspect of my listing, from the photos to the description to the measurements, showcased her attention to detail. She is very obviously knowledgeable about her profession! Despite all that skillful professionalism, what truly made Dianne a pleasure to work with was her warmth and strength of character. I get the feeling that if she was something other than a realtor, she would be equally amazing at whatever she pursued because she would bring her tenacity and conscientiousness with her. But I’m glad she chose real estate, as it seems to be her calling. She lends such a wonderful personal touch to the whole experience but without sacrificing any efficiency. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to have her in my life for a brief time as my realtor and even more thankful to just get to know her as a quality human being. Thank you Dianne!
