Diego Dominguez is bilingual, dedicated, ambitious and successful entrepreneur. He obtained her Real Estate license in the late 04’s. He became a Real Estate Appraiser in 2007 then lest the appraisal industry to became full time Broker after passing the exam in 2012. He recently became a Loan Officer. Bringing his experience of appraising, real estate sales, manager and loan officer together to help clients achieving his real estate needs He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in 2010 from University of Phoenix. Diego has extensive knowledge in the area of Bank Owned REO’s, Single Family Residence, Short Sales, Condos, Multi-Units, land and Investments.
As a member of The Association of Realtors, and The California Association of Realtors, He has held a strict code of ethics and is up to date on the latest marketing technologies and real estate legislations in both the private and REO sector. Diego’s experience in the appraising industry and the sale of single family residences, plus his education has given him the knowledge to discuss a variety of options and programs with his clients.
