Dillon has been a fabulous agent!! He is responsive, friendly and professional. Dillon thoroughly explained the sales process of the Doug Hopkins Team, and followed it to a tee. After hitting the MLS, our home was only shown on one day, resulting in several offers. Escrowed closed the date we requested.

The first time we met Dillon was during the initial home visit to assess our property. My initial reaction was “great, they sent us a rookie to sell our home” but within the first few minutes, I realized we were dealing with a highly professional and extremely personable young man. Dillon Martin is an excellent person to have on your side when selling a home. Dillon was very attentive, concise and straightforward with me and my family. He understood what our needs were and identified the correct selling strategy for our home. Tbh, I did not expect to see our home bring in the high offer amounts that we received, although it is a very nice and cozy house, the final offer we received was very satisfying and rewarding to me and my family. Dillon kept us on track. He respects his customer’s time and avoids unnecessary phone calls and visits as one would expect to receive when selling a home.
