Dimitre serves as Executive Vice President at CRI Brokerage, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, and multifamily investment properties on behalf of private and institutional clients. With a decade of commercial real estate experience, he brings deep expertise in underwriting, market analysis, and value-add investment strategies.
Known for his hands-on approach and responsiveness, Dimitre works closely with clients through every stage of the transaction process, from initial analysis and negotiations through closing. Owners, operators, and investors rely on him for thoughtful guidance, direct communication, and effective execution in complex transactions.
Prior to joining CRI Brokerage, Dimitre was with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, where he represented Jamison Services, Inc., one of Los Angeles’ largest private landlords, across a portfolio of office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets.
Dimitre earned his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Based in Newport Beach, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends along the Southern California coast.
