We were living in Hawaii and decided to move to Washington. It was May 2022 when we started to searched for a Realtor in Yelp that can help us with our first time home buying and my wife found Dineve. She patiently helped us with our inquiries. She responds to our questions promptly. With her help, we got the house on August last year with tenant occupied until finally moved here in Vancouver area last December. I contacted Dineve to meet with my husband and I to discuss selling our current home and buying another. I was extremely impressed by Dineve’s experience, advise, and professionalism. She wasn’t your typical “sales” person type. She gave honest advise that was in OUR best interest. She surprisingly advised us to wait! I certainly did not expect that from a Realtor. We found Dineve through an internet search for a local real estate agent in the Vancouver/Portland Metropolitan Area. As a person with a hearing impairment, Dineve has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She understands that buying/selling a home is a processes and is there for you every step of the way. She was there for us as buyers of our primary residence, our first investment property, then our second, and now, she's here for us as sellers. We highly recommend Dineve! She helped us with finding our first home about 5 years ago and we had the best experience with her that we also asked her to help sell the home we purchased, since we moved out of Vancouver. Her approach is to make sure her clients feel comfortable with making such big decision in owning or selling a home. We never felt pressured making quick decisions as she is patient. She is communicative, punctual, and has a fun and positive vibe.

Short Review: Dineve’s awesome. Definitely use her, she’s always got your back.
Detailed (Long Winded) Review: What is the job of an agent today? Anyone can find listings online at sites like Zillow or Redfin. I think the job of an agent today is to not show their clients houses but to negotiate and fight for their clients rights, to expect the unexpected and to close your escrow no matter what the hurdles. We relocated from California and needed an agent to really help us because we wouldn’t be in the area yet. Dineve did just that. We found houses we wanted to look at on Zillow and Redfin, setup a time to fly in and Dineve did the research and setup the viewings. We found the house that we wanted, our dream house really. Now it was Dineve’s time to shine. First, she got us a second viewing the next day before we flew back out, then she came up with an offer sheet and submitted it. It was accepted. Now came the hard parts. After the inspection, we had about 25 repairs that were pointed out. Some of them were really minor and we didn’t want to call them out in case the seller balked. On Dineve’s recommendation, we submitted them all and she got the seller to do all but one! We would have been happy if they did 5 or didn’t do any at all to tell you the truth but Dineve fought for us. Next hurdle was the appraisal. It came in $25K under the agreed upon price. We were ready to try and come up with the whole $25K but were hoping to meet in the middle. Dineve negotiated for the seller to pay all of it! We got the house for $25K less because of her hard work! Next came the closing. We had issues with the buyers of our house in Long Beach that caused a few delays. Dineve worked closely with our agent in California, our lender, the Escrow folks and the sellers agent throughout everything. She kept pushing to make it close on time and because of her it did.
Your transaction might not be as complicated as ours was (and it was pretty complicated) but do you want to take that chance? Work with the best, work with Dineve.

My husband and I found Dineve when we were on the verge of giving up on our house search because a previous realtor dropped us and said we would not be able to find a house in our red-hot market that would work for us in our price range. We could not be more thrilled with our decision to give it another try with Dineve after copious amounts of highly scientific internet research on local realtors. She was not just willing, but happy, to work with us and our starter-house budget. She takes the time to ask questions of her clients that help her understand what they are looking for in a house, rather than push them to make an offer just to close a deal quickly. Dineve is also extremely organized and meticulous, and radiates a calm, cool confidence that is a necessary reassurance during the very stressful and anxiety-inducing home buying and escrow process. We have just closed on our first house, which solely thanks to Dineve, we got an excellent deal on in a tough seller's market due to her amazing negotiating skills and unbeatable real estate savvy. We strongly recommend Dineve if you are looking for real estate agent in Vancouve/Portland area. We are not local buyers, but just bought a house in Vancouver in a short time with Dineve as our buyer agent. It was such a wonderful experience working with her. She was amazing since very beginning, always there to answer our questions and understand our needs. She was very efficient, planned well prior to our house-shopping trip, and followed through each steps once we identified the house we liked. She was very professional while showing us the houses, giving her honest opinions, and did not push for a sale. She was knowledgeable and it was quite educational for us to learn how to take care of our new home. And most important, she has a good heart and spent extra time and efforts to care her client’s best interest. Since we are not local, she took initiative to find contactors to repair and maintain our house, even after the sale has been closed. My first question to Dineve when enlisting her help was, "Will YOU be the one to handle the sale or will I just be tossed around the office from broker to broker like I found with other agencies?" She replied that I will be 'stuck' with her. With my busy schedule, I needed to be able to rely on a broker who didn't require much from me. Phone and email worked best in my situation and this is where Dineve shined. Dineve excels in communication, is highly competent in her field and was quick to respond to all of the issues throughout the entire process. Within a few days of listing we received a full asking price offer. After closing and all parties were paid, she still made contact to ensure that all went well. I consider myself one of the fortunate clients to have been 'stuck' with Dineve as their broker and the professionalism she offers.

How much do I love my real estate agent? Let me count the ways...she answers her phone, she somehow knows exactly when to remind you what to focus on just before it comes up and then you are magically ready just at the right time, she is full of joy through the whole process even when things get frustrating, she actually understands about house renovations so you know what you are getting AND what you are getting into, she doesn't talk too much, she listens, but she doesn't talk to little, she knows when YOU need to listen, she makes a complex process seem easy and actually fun! She has this psychological issue, where she can't actually be happy unless you are, it is a bit of an emotional roller coaster for her but super awesome for her clients! If you are reading this, then stop searching for a real estate agent and hire Dineve immediately, you will seriously be SO happy you did!
