Dominic Pietrangelo

Dom’s experience runs the gamut in real estate, covering everything from pre-sale house preparation to marketing to showings to negotiations to closings and beyond. Solving a myriad of problems for his clients and making himself available at every stage of the home buying and selling processes. That is, at its core, the reason that Dom’s been so successful at what he does: “I am always there for my buyers and sellers. No matter how early or how late it is in the process, I show up, responding to questions in a timely manner and listening intently to understand each client's unique needs.”

Early on in his career, Dom had the opportunity to participate in around 100 new home builds and more than 300 fix and flips. Because he's played such active roles in home building and home improvements, his perspective with regards to what sells is rich and broad. Dom prides himself in picking out the little details that buyers should notice when they are selecting a home just as his experience helps him in preparing and dressing up a seller's home for the market

Dom thinks as himself as more than a real estate agent: “I think of myself as a partner in your success, fighting for you and brainstorming ideas with you to set you up for long-term success.”

Born and raised in Canada, Dom moved to LA in 2007, relocating to live with my wife in West Hollywood.
