Dominique Hagen-tillman

To say that Dominique Hagen-Tillman has made her mark on the real estate industry since coming on the scene in 2011 would be an understatement. More aptly, she has taken the industry, especially in the highly competitive San Francisco Bay Area, by storm. In 2019, she landed on Keller Williams East Bay's Top Ten list of individual agents for the volume and quality of her transactions, which is quite a feat for someone with less than a decade's tenure. But Dominique isn't in it for the accolades. She is a Realtor because she genuinely loves helping people buy and sell their homes. Her clients, many of them repeat customers, cite her enthusiasm, patience, and tenacity when recalling their experience working with her. She simply will not give up, no matter the challenge. In addition to working tirelessly on behalf of her clients, she and her husband, Kevin, who is a motorcycle officer for the Pleasant Hill Police Department are managing the challenge of raising three girls (Rosie who is almost 13, Memphis who is 11, and Stella who is 9), two cats, a German Shepard, and a Greek tortoise named Mip. Dominique is deeply committed to her volunteer work on the board of directors for United by Blue, a non-profit organization that provides support for the spouses of police officers and other first responders. She loves to travel and her "happy place" is in the sun next to the water, that is, when she's not snuggling with a litter of foster kittens.
