Working in the hospitality, startup, and sports industries provided diversity in managing multiple roles and communicating effectively and efficiently to meet any goals set. Her love of serving both buyers and sellers translates as she seamlessly dedicates herself to help all clients through every step of the real estate process.
Born and raied on the Upper East Side, Dominique considers the city to be part of the fabric of her identity, both personally and professionally. With her street smarts and diverse cultural upbringing, she has the grit and drive of an authentic New Yorker. Her passion of caring for other people and being able to listen and relate to her clients’ needs while doing all she can to exceed their expectations was instilled through years of working in the hospitality industry. Following college, Dominique worked at the New York Mets within their finance and accounting department. The importance of organization and top-tier customer service was ingrained from the start.
Prior to embarking on residential real estate, Dominique served as Market and Research Associate at MHP Real Estate Services where she realized her passion for the industry as a whole. Clients appreciate her dedication, tenacity, negotiation skills, keen attentiveness and guard-breaking friendliness. With a genuine love of learning, Dominique seeks to gain more insight in the real estate field and market regularly and takes time to teach others how to better assist their own clients.
Dominique’s hobbies include graphic design, photography and running around with her Australian Shepherd, Shea. She pioneered a women’s networking group call Businesswomen in NYC where she takes immense pride in hosting and planning empowerment events for female entrepreneurs. Her business acumen and skill sets are perfectly matched to align with the Poulsen Shagalov team’s goals, in which client satisfaction is the top priority.
