Career Background
As a member of the Dickson Commercial Group, Don specializes exclusively in owner and tenant representation for full range of office, industrial, retail and land properties in every Reno-Sparks market. Don has been in the sales industry for over 35 years. He started his commercial real estate career in 2000 working with Colliers International in their office division. Don specializes in all transactions from lease negotiation to tenant improvement design and build out. Don also has extensive experience in buying and selling commercial properties in the Reno/Sparks market. Don is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a recognized leader in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He served as the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter President in 2004. Don is a current member of Western Industrial Nevada (WIN), Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Membership Committee, and is a current member and Past President of Sparks Rotary, and a member of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) and a Board Member of the Center for Independent Living. Don is also the Vice-Chair for the Mason Ortiz Outdoor Skills Camp for Kids.
